All of my signature ClickUp Build processes start with a business system audit. You would provide me with your ClickUp admin view password/ or access and I would have a good ol' dig around to identify areas of friction with the structure and the workflow

This session would last for 90 minutes and ensures that we not only build out custom systems by adjust and revisit your processes as required. (Another 90 minute session may be required)
On day 1 of the project (the start of the 4 weeks!), we will sit down and discuss my audit findings and map out the best tailored approach to your ClickUp System

I will actually build out your systems within my own custom ClickUp space (designed especially for these builds) so that it doesn't interrupt your current operations I then import all of the data in ClickUp. throughout we'll be communicating via your own custom dashboard!
